"We purchased our hot tub 18 years ago and have had nothing but positive experiences with Premium. We’ve had very few issues with the tub but when we have needed service, they have been prompt and helpful. We continue to buy hot tub products from them and hubby loves the fact that they know exactly who he is when he comes in the store. Because of the excellent service, we also purchased our smoker from them years ago and have no regrets with that decision either. We highly recommend the jacuzzi brand and this local business!"

"We recently purchased a new Jacuzzi from Premium. The experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. Zero pressure, informative but not overwhelming. The delivery crew was as good as the sales staff. If you’re considering buying from here, just get off the fence and get your butt in your new tub !! Thank you team!"

"We just received our Jacuzzi tub purchased from Premium Home Leisure. The experience was flawless. Rick was our sales person. He was super knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. It was a no pressure environment, we took a couple hours to think about it and came back to make the purchase. It was quick and efficient. The delivery went smoothly ( we got out tub with 8 days of purchase which was the cherry on top !) even it the rain ! The two men who delivered the tub were efficient and professional. All around great experience and I recommend them highly."

"Amazing experience. Rick, Cassandra and the team at Premium Home Leisure are incredible and I highly recommend them. Recently purchased a J225 spa and their customer experience and the way they take care of customers after a sale is unmatched. I am new to owning a tub and I have (a lot 😀) questions and they are always willing to answer any question I have and never too busy (from adding chemicals to anything else!) to answer and help. There is a reason they have been in business this long and it shows. From the knowledge they have to the no pressure sales, they truly stand above the competition. There are so many advantages to shop local with PHL. Don’t go anywhere else for your tub adventures!"

"We couldn’t more pleased with the great service and knowledge the staff at PHL provides. With our family growing up and moving out, my gain and and I decided to swap out our big hot tub for a smaller one and the staff was terrific from helping us choose the right model for our deck space, providing all the details, installation arrangements, chemicals etc. it was a turn key set up and we are enjoying every minute in our new Jacuzzi, sun or snow!"
